In You Are a Circle Expanding, I imagined what it would be like to zoom into the very essence of a weave, unraveling the abstraction within its textures and layers, as embodied by the monoprints. The suspended pattern works serve as a physical layer through which viewers could both zoom in on the intricate details and then zoom back out to appreciate the broader context. The title of the installation reflects this layered progression, from the core essence of the weave to a broader narrative, capturing the unfolding of ideas and stories that radiate outward.
